Will discovered his passion for Tech Staffing in London back in 2005, where he spent 15 years placing contract FinTech specialists across Europe’s most prestigious banking and insurance firms. In 2020, he successfully exited Gazelle Global, the pan-European agency he co-founded in 2011, and returned home to Sydney to be closer to family. He then spent nearly five years at Latitude IT, building their Cyber Security and Data practices from the ground up.
Outside of work, Will is an avid podcast listener, indulging this habit while cooking for friends and family or working out. His best ideas often strike during a cycle around the park or during pre-work swims. Will is known for his authentic, down-to-earth approach to engaging with the market, and his insightful LinkedIn content, podcasting, and event MC’ing have resonated widely.
As a Co-Founder of RONIN, Will’s vision is to cultivate Australia’s largest communities of elite Cyber Security and Data talent, becoming the Tech Staffing Partner of choice for any business seeking a distinct edge in these critical domains.

Matt was born into Tech Staffing and raised by industry pioneer parents, following in their footsteps as a second-generation Tech Staffing leader, and he’s proudly carried that family legacy forward with purpose, passion and precision.
With over 20 years shaping and scaling Tech Agencies across Australia, Matt has seen the industry change and evolve over 2 decades since he started back in 2003, not always for the better, and he fundamentally believes that the industry can, and should be done in a better way, offering a smarter, more authentic human-centric approach.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for human-led innovation, Matt is redefining Tech Staffing through strategic simplicity and people-first solutions. No hype, just real impact, one relationship at a time.
Beyond the business, Matt’s world moves fast: from the roaring engines of Formula One, to the sporting rivalries of Football and Cricket, along with the cultural escapes of Thailand. He’s also an active investor, although his lithium picks are still up for debate!
